End User License Agreement
The terms governing use of Wound³ digital products.
1. User Eligibility
By using Wound³ systems, you confirm that you are a licensed medical professional or authorized staff. Unauthorized access or use by individuals not affiliated with a registered medical institution may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Data Privacy & Compliance
We follow strict HIPAA, PIPEDA, and local data protection standards. Patient data is encrypted, securely stored, and never shared with third parties without consent. Users are responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to legal reporting requirements.
3. Engagements & Billing
Engagement terms, deliverables, and billing schedules are defined in each master services agreement. Invoices are payable per the terms agreed at scoping unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence or password sharing.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Our systems must not be used to upload harmful content, commit fraud, or violate medical ethics. Any abuse, harassment, or misuse of the system may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of our terms, policies, or applicable laws. Users will be notified in advance unless the breach poses immediate security or compliance risks.
